Understanding the salary packaging market
Salary Packaging refers to individuals who are employed by Business and Organisations but who have the opportunity to select the vehicle of their own choice.
These employees will select one of the following three routes to purchase their vehicle:

NOVATION
A three way relationship between an employee, a finance company and an employer. An employee will be given a budget to choose a vehicle by the employer, a finance company will purchase the vehicle on their behalf and the employer will pay the monthly cost. If the employee leaves the company, the monthly cost of the vehicle reverts to the employee.

SALARY SACRIFICE
An employee sacrifices part of their salary in exchange for the cost of financing a vehicle.
